Join us to explore how the Health Innovation Network South London is tackling complex challenges in maternity and neonatal care. This workshop aligns with the Maternity and Neonatal Safety Improvement Programme (MatNeoSIP) and focuses on the relational aspects of delivering safety improvement work.
Led by Hebe Davies-Colley and Karen Ang, this interactive session will guide maternity and neonatal teams in driving meaningful improvements in patient safety and care quality. Participants will engage in discussions, role-play, and practical exercises to navigate the challenges of implementation.
